CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Vanguard University women's cross country team has qualified for the 39th Annual National Championships on November 16th starting at 10:30 a.m. CST and three men's  runners have individual qualified to compete in the 63rd Annual Men's National Championships which take place at 11:30 a.m. Both events will take place on the Seminole Valley Cross Country Course with the women running a 5k distance and the men an 8k.
